Welcome to Fâmme. These Terms & Conditions explain how we work as a company and what you can expect when shopping with us or attending one of our events. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and Payments
Orders can be placed through our website, and payment is required at the time you place your order. We accept the secure payment methods supported by Shopify, including Bancontact, credit cards, and PayPal. All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout so you know exactly what you’ll be paying before you confirm your order.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to Belgium and most EU countries (but not the UK). Orders are typically processed within two business days and sent via Bpost. Delivery usually takes around 3–5 business days in Belgium, and a little longer elsewhere in the EU. Full details are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and Cancellations
We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 30‑day return policy. If you change your mind about a product, you can contact us within 30 days to request a return, and we’ll cover the cost of return shipping. Certain products — like opened personal care items, opened food, or workshops you’ve already attended — can’t be returned. You can read the full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
Workshops and Events
If you book a workshop or event and need to cancel, you can do so up to 7 days in advance for a full refund. If you cancel within seven days, we can’t refund your booking, but we’ll try to reschedule you for another session. If you don’t show up without notice, we can’t offer a refund. If we ever have to cancel an event, we’ll always refund you or offer you a new date.
Our Products and Information
We take care to make sure our product descriptions, photos, and information are as accurate as possible. But there may be small differences between what you see online and the product you receive — especially with handmade or artisanal items. All the content you see on our website — images, text, and branding — belongs to Fâmme. Please don’t reuse or reproduce it without asking us first.

Our products and services are here to support well‑being and education. We are not medical professionals and nothing we offer should be considered medical advice. Always consult a healthcare provider for health concerns. Fâmme is not responsible for any harm caused by using our products in a way they weren’t intended.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business or the law. The version published on our website at the time you make a purchase will always be the one that applies to your order.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Brussels.
