About Fâmme

Fâmme was created because too many women are told their pain is "normal." When searching for answers becomes a lonely, frustrating journey, something needs to change. Here, your symptoms are believed, your story matters, and getting help should feel simple and supported.

How Fâmme started

I'm Doro, a product designer, a mom and I've been living with pain for over 29 years. A pain I never knew was not normal. A pain they never figured out. In 2024, they finally diagnosed me with endometriosis and adenomyosis. Like so many women, I spent years being dismissed, misdiagnosed, and left to figure things out on my own.

Fâmme is born from that silence. It's my way of turning lived pain into something purposeful: a space where women with endometriosis, PCOS, pelvic pain, cycle-related conditions, or complex life transitions like menopause are believed, supported, and empowered to understand their bodies without shame or confusion.

I'm building Fâmme as the resource I wish I had at 13, at 25, at 40, with expert-led education, trusted care products, and access to real support from people who get it. It's a growing ecosystem rooted in empathy, credibility, and connection. Fâmme is here to support you from your first period to menopause and every complex chapter in between.

Because our stories deserve more than a survival guide... They deserve space, care, and visibility.

Why Fâmme exists

Fâmme was born from a simple but urgent truth: too many live with cycle‑related pain in silence. We created this space to listen, to give visibility, and to turn support into real change.
