How can they help you

Nutritherapist

Our certified nutritherapists help you nourish your body in a way that supports your overall health, energy, and hormonal balance. They guide you through digestive issues, fatigue, chronic inflammation, and the nutritional challenges linked to periods, fertility, pregnancy, and menopause, while welcoming all bodies and lifestyles. Their approach is evidence based, gentle, and fully personalised, helping you build a positive relationship with food and feel stronger every day.

Symptothermal method

Symptothermal method is a way of observing the menstrual cycle. It makes it possible to identify the fertile and infertile days of the cycle and can therefore be used both to avoid pregnancy and to support conception.

When used for contraception, the Sensiplan symptothermal method is recognized by the WHO as 98 to 99 percent effective when learned with a certified instructor and applied correctly. When used as part of a conception project, symptothermal tracking helps identify the most fertile days for conception and detect signs of potential hormonal imbalances.
