About

Doula (soon to be certified) and facilitator of talking circles, I support women through major life stages and transitions with gentleness, active listening, and compassion. Through emotional support, evidence-based information sharing, and safe spaces for dialogue, I work to help you feel heard, supported, and reconnected to your inner power, from preconception to menopause. As a true ally on your journey, I'm also committed to informing you and referring you to appropriate professionals whenever the need arises. Drawing on my own life journey, I have particular attention for fertility treatment paths, endometriosis, and the postpartum period. I also accompany expectant mothers in honoring their motherhood through an intimate and personalized celebration: the MamaBlessing. My approach is deeply inspired by sisterhood, respect for your rhythm, and the importance of honoring your story.

Fertility issues

About

After multiple failed fertility treatments spanning over a decade, Katia witnessed firsthand what no one prepares women for: the aftermath. The failed cycles, the grief, the identity shifts, the quiet pressure from family and society. The journey ends, but the weight does not. She created the ETA Method (Enter, Traverse, Anchor) to fill that gap. Drawing on four dimensions (Body, Heart, Science, and Spirituality), she helps women rebuild after fertility treatments and major life transitions. She offers talking circles, practical workshops, and interactive conferences.

How can they help you

Nutritherapist

Our certified nutritherapists help you nourish your body in a way that supports your overall health, energy, and hormonal balance. They guide you through digestive issues, fatigue, chronic inflammation, and the nutritional challenges linked to periods, fertility, pregnancy, and menopause, while welcoming all bodies and lifestyles. Their approach is evidence based, gentle, and fully personalised, helping you build a positive relationship with food and feel stronger every day.

Symptothermal method

Symptothermal method is a way of observing the menstrual cycle. It makes it possible to identify the fertile and infertile days of the cycle and can therefore be used both to avoid pregnancy and to support conception.

When used for contraception, the Sensiplan symptothermal method is recognized by the WHO as 98 to 99 percent effective when learned with a certified instructor and applied correctly. When used as part of a conception project, symptothermal tracking helps identify the most fertile days for conception and detect signs of potential hormonal imbalances.
