About Véra

My name is Véra Larock. I am a kinesiologist and Somatics practitioner. I welcome clients for sessions in Brussels (Saint-Gilles and Uccle), or remotely, to work together on what is holding back your wellbeing: chronic stress, repetitive patterns, fears, limiting beliefs, emotional dysregulation, unexplained pain, or trauma - whether long-standing, buried, or recent. I specialise in trauma treatment and nervous system regulation, with a gentle, respectful, and gradual approach, to help you release deeply, at your own pace.

In women's health, I specialise in treating inflammation: bloating, a sense of being "inflamed", water retention, pain, fatigue, digestive issues, disrupted sleep… When the body settles into chronic inflammation, daily life can become particularly difficult to bear. For those living with endometriosis, lipoedema, chronic digestive disorders, or certain inflammatory conditions, this journey is often marked by a lack of understanding, a long diagnostic odyssey, and not being heard. Kinesiology offers a different space to work: one that addresses stress, trauma, emotions, and the mechanisms that can keep the body in a state of alert.

Hormonal changes, when combined with trauma and neurodevelopmental differences (ADHD, learning disabilities, ASD, high intellectual potential, hypersensitivity…), mark a period where patterns of over-adaptation no longer hold. I support my clients with particular expertise and care, helping them to find renewal and reconnect with themselves.
