About Mélanie

The women I support often arrive with a journey already well behind them: consultations, tests, treatments, sometimes contradictory advice, multiple surgeries... They have accumulated a great deal of information, yet struggle to make sense of it all. My practice is grounded in a simple conviction: what is most often missing is an overview, a holistic perspective, to genuinely address a gynaecological disorder.
Together, we draw the connections between the menstrual cycle, personal history, emotions, lifestyle, and the signals the body sends. This understanding makes it possible to identify personalised levers for change, while also initiating a genuine process of inner transformation. Over the course of our sessions, I help to bring a new perspective to the pain experienced, to rebuild a more settled relationship with one's body, to shift certain patterns that no longer serve, and to reconnect with one's own inner resources.
What makes my approach distinctive is this systemic reading of gynaecological wellbeing. I am not trying to make your symptom disappear. I am first trying to understand what it is communicating, to bring to light how the different dimensions of life interact, so that I can act where it makes the most sense.
My goal is for every person to leave with concrete changes, a better understanding of how they function, and the confidence needed to move more peacefully along the path to gynaecological wellbeing.
