Katia Baumari

Katia Baumari is a Wellness & lifestyle coach. I accompany women who, after a fertility treatment journey and the grief of the child, wish to relearn how to live fully, without every pregnancy announcement, birth, or "baby event" reviving their pain. I know this path intimately: I myself lived through several years of fertility treatment, infertility, hope, disappointments, questioning, and then the void and the "after." I know how difficult it can be to resume a "normal" life when, inwardly, you no longer feel like the same person. My approach does not consist of forgetting, turning the page, or making the pain disappear. I accompany you in reconciling with your story, with this wound, and with the woman you have become, in order to gradually find inner peace, lightness, confidence, and meaning. For this, I created the ETA method — Enter, Traverse, Anchor — which draws on various tools, notably from NLP, mindfulness, positive psychology, meditation, and integrative communicational intelligence, in which I am certified. You can expect a deeply human, caring, and non-judgmental accompaniment, where one can set down their "burdens," understand what is at play within oneself, and move forward at one's own pace. My intention: to help you find a gentler relationship with yourself, to feel fully like a woman, and to build a life that resembles you today — with more serenity, freedom, joy, and meaning.
