About Marie

THERAPEUTIC SUPPORT
As a clinical psychologist specialising in women's support, I offer a caring, non-judgmental space where every woman is free to come, slow down, and explore her emotional and affective blockages in order to (re)find a sense of freedom. My approach is personalised, respectful of each woman's uniqueness and pace, with particular attention to (re)connecting with the body and emotions.
I support women facing, among other things:
Doubts, mental load, or emotional wounds (anxiety, depression, stress, insecurities, family patterns, relational difficulties, feeling stuck, identifying one's needs, setting boundaries)
Questions about one's place as a woman
A desire to understand one's menstrual cycle and/or to discover fertility awareness methods (symptothermal method)
Questions around the perinatal period (desire for a child, abortion, medically indicated termination, pregnancy loss, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, postpartum depression)
Questions around motherhood/parenthood (matrescence, parental burnout, bonding with one's child)
Difficulties and questions around sexuality and one's relationship with intimacy
My practice is creative, nourished by my training, peer supervision sessions, and my own therapeutic journey. I offer various tools to support you, based on your needs, such as mindfulness, sophrology, family constellations, guided hypnosis, visualisations, or projective cards.

FERTILITY AWARENESS TRAINING (SYMPTOTHERMAL METHOD)
The symptothermal method is an approach to autonomous fertility management, based on the observation of bodily signals that fluctuate throughout the menstrual cycle (basal body temperature, cervical mucus, and/or cervical position). It makes it possible to identify fertile and infertile phases of the cycle, and can therefore be used as a contraceptive method (recognised by the WHO, 98% effectiveness with rigorous training), to maximise the chances of pregnancy, or as an incredible tool for understanding and reconnecting with one's body.
This method may be right for you if:
- You are tired of hormonal contraception and its side effects
- You feel out of sync with your body and want to rediscover your natural rhythm
- You are looking for a natural contraceptive method that respects your body and that you can rely on
- You feel your hormones are imbalanced and would like to understand what is happening in your body
- You want to reclaim agency over your family planning journey
- You are trying to conceive and want to understand when you are ovulating
- Your cycle is evolving and you would like to understand and navigate these changes (perimenopause)
As a certified Sensiplan® instructor (in training until September 2026), I offer workshops, individual or for couples, to train you and guide you through discovering and implementing the method. The training takes place over 4 sessions across a period of 3 to 6 months.
The symptothermal method is suitable for all women who have cycles, from first period to menopause.

Looking forward to meeting you!
