About Camille

My practice is rooted in a caring, individualised approach, guided by each patient's symptoms, needs, and personal history. I adapt to their pace and lived experience.
In terms of techniques, I draw on a range of methods depending on what each person needs:
Manual therapy to improve tissue mobility, reduce pain, and restore optimal function
Individualised therapeutic exercises, including functional work, breathing, lumbopelvic stability, pelvic floor release, or progressive strengthening (with or without a vaginal probe)
Specific pelvic floor work, performed externally and/or internally where indicated and always with the patient's informed consent, and within their comfort
Electrical stimulation for pain relief, muscle relaxation (particularly when significant pelvic floor tension is present), or muscle strengthening
Therapeutic education focused on understanding pain, its mechanisms, and the factors that influence it, with the goal of giving patients concrete tools to act independently in daily life
Gradual support for returning to physical activity and sport, adapted to each person's goals and progress
Support for resuming sexual intercourse when it is painful or a source of anxiety, working on the physical, respiratory, behavioural, and educational factors that may contribute
